This page explains what RP Coaching collects on this website and why.

What we collect

When you pay for a session, our payment provider, Stripe, processes your card and shares your name, email address and the payment amount with us so we can deliver what you bought and send your receipt. We do not see or store your card number.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how people arrive here from our advertising, including tools provided by Meta. These tools receive a technical record of the page visit and, where available, hashed contact details so a purchase can be matched to the advertising that led to it.

How we use it

• To deliver and schedule the sessions you have paid for.
• To send you the emails you need before and after a session.
• To understand which of our advertising brings people here.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Reply to any email you have received from us and we will handle it.

Retention

We keep payment and scheduling records for as long as required for accounting, and marketing measurement data for no longer than is needed for the purpose above.
