These terms apply to sessions bought through this website.

What you are buying

A one to one coaching session delivered live over video at a scheduled time, together with the preparation materials sent to you by email.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through Stripe. Your receipt is sent to the email address you provide.

Rescheduling and refunds

If you need to move your session, reply to your confirmation email as early as you can and we will offer another time. If you decide the session is not for you, tell us before it takes place and we will refund the payment in full.

Your part

Please complete the preparation materials before the session and join the video call on time from a quiet place. Sessions are for your personal use.
